Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 11 June 2026
We want trying Premium to be risk-free. Here is exactly how trials, cancellations and refunds work. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method.
1. 14-day free trial
Every new Premium subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged at all.
2. Your EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. To exercise it, email contact@guitarexercise.com from the address on your account (or use the link in your Paddle receipt) within 14 days of your first charge. Refunds are issued promptly; depending on your bank, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time — from your account page or via the link in any Paddle receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period.
4. Renewal payments
Renewal charges (after the first payment) are generally not refundable, since you can cancel before any renewal. That said, if something went wrong — you meant to cancel, a billing error, double charge — contact us; we are one person, not a faceless billing department, and we will sort it out.
